GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Job Developer/Employment Specialist to support successful community reentry through employment-focused curriculum and services. You will facilitate group sessions, assist with resume writing, mock interviews, and work readiness skills, and coordinate with community resources.

The role emphasizes helping residents prepare for employment, build post-release plans, and connect with employers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience as a Job Developer, Employment Specialist, or similar role.
• Familiar with community workforce needs, and employment services.
• Ability to instruct and motivate participants.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate employment curriculum and group sessions.
• Maintain class rosters, attendance, and progress documentation.
• Assist in assessing participant needs and referrals to staff.
• Support participants in developing post-release plans and job readiness.
• Coordinate with external employment resources as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
