Job summary

Smokymountains is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate placements for participants after the in-jail portion of the program and monitor their progress at placements. The role includes daily substance (drug) screenings in the onsite lab, and collaboration with the Drug Court Team to ensure accountability and progress.
