Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in case management or direct services.
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals is preferred.
• Familiarity with case management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant documentation and intake logistics.
• Facilitate risk assessments and career evaluations.
• Develop Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) for job seekers.
