Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sociology or related field is required or equivalent.
• RN qualification is accepted as an alternate credential.
• Experience with mental health services and case management preferred.
• Direct care experience in human services strengthens candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for adults and youth as needed.
• Support incarcerated individuals with re-entry into the community post-release.
• Advocate for consumers and help navigate mental health resources.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
