Job summary

The Connection, Inc. in New Haven seeks a Case Manager I for the Sierra Center Work Release program.

You will provide structured case management, job development, and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community, with a focus on recovery and professional boundaries. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a strengths-based, client-centered way within Adult Services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, case management, and job development to justice-involved men.
• Utilize strengths-based, client-centered approaches to rehabilitation and re-entry.
• Collaborate with Community Justice program staff to guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
