Job summary

The Connection, Inc. in New Haven seeks a Case Manager I for the Sierra Center Work Release program.

You will provide structured case management, job development, and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community, with a focus on recovery and professional boundaries. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a strengths-based, client-centered way within Adult Services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Position: Case Manager 1Program: Sierra Center Work ReleaseLocation: New HavenSalary: $22.00/hourSchedule:Program Summary:Sierra Center Work Release is a residential work release program that provides individualized treatment services, job preparation, and substance use education to adults under the supervision of DOC. These services are provided to assist with successfully re-entering the community while avoiding new offenses.Position Summary:The Case Manager will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved.
