Job summary

The Eddy Center, operated by The Connection Inc., in Middletown, CT, seeks a Case Manager 1 for full-time, 40 hours weekly on the 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 2:30-10:30pm). The role supports adult males in a residential program through case management, job development, and supervision, guiding reintegration after incarceration.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED (or Associate's Degree) with relevant experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field or an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure and case management to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Work with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
• Utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach with professional boundaries.
