The Connection, Inc. in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Program Manager 1 for the Sierra Center Work Release program. You will oversee daily operations, guide program development, and supervise staff to support client rehabilitation and community reintegration.

You will work under the Director, manage staff, and collaborate with Community Justice to help clients transition from incarceration back into the community. A Bachelor’s Degree and supervisory experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years related experience and supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily programmatic operations.
• Develop program initiatives and supervise staff training.
• Ensure quality assurance and program evaluation.
• Supervise the Assistant Program Manager, Job Developer and Case Management staff.
• Collaborate with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate and re-enter clients into the community.
