Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Bachelor Arts or Sciences degree with at least 1 year experience working with offenders or similar population.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of federal offenders with program plans and follow-up.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and refer participants to community resources.
• Assist in developing and following up on program goals for successful reintegration.
