Job summary

The Connection in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Case Manager 1 to support adults returning to the community, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering society.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED (or an Associate’s Degree) and a valid driver’s license, with experience in recovery or justice-involved populations, and an ability to be structured yet compassionate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years related experience or an Associate's Degree.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with recovery or justice-involved individuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Collaborate with program staff to support rehabilitation, education and successful community re-entry.
• Maintain professional boundaries while being structured yet compassionate.
• Ensure client-centered, strengths-based approach in all interactions.
