Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Case Manager 1 for the Roger Sherman House program in New Haven to support justice-involved men re-entering the community. You will provide case management, job development and supervision, using a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or an Associate's degree), a valid driver's license, and reliable attendance. New hires attend a two-day orientation at our Roscommon office in Middletown.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field or an Associate's Degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men re-entering the community.
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach to support re-entry goals.
• Collaborate with Adult Services and program staff to rehabilitate and educate clients.
