Job summary

The Eddy Center at The Connection in Middletown, CT is seeking a Case Manager 1 for full-time, second shift (Tuesday-Saturday, 2:30-10:30pm). The role focuses on case management, job development and supervision for adult males under DOC supervision, aiding their successful community reintegration.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field or an Associate's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community
• Utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach while maintaining professional boundaries
• Collaborate with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients post-incarceration
