Job summary

The Connection in New Haven, CT is hiring for a Case Manager 1 at Roger Sherman House. This full-time role offers 40 hours, 1st and 2nd shifts, and is based in New Haven.

You will provide strengths-based case management, job development and supervision to adults re-entering the community under DOC supervision. Required are a High School Diploma/GED with 2 years in direct service or an Associate's Degree, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
