Job summary

The Kintock Group is seeking a dedicated case manager to provide prerelease and post-release services, assisting inmates transitioning back to the community. Travel to state prisons, county jails, and parole offices is required to promote eligibility and coordinate intake and ongoing support.

You will handle assessment, discharge planning, and referrals, ensuring documentation complies with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• At least one year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
• Work experience can substitute for academic studies: 1 year of work = 1 year of education.
• Total work experience can substitute for education and experience: 5 years.
• Valid NJ Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prerelease and post-release case management services.
• Travel to prisons, jails, parole offices to recruit eligible inmates.
• Provide intake, assessment and ongoing case management; discharge planning as needed.
• Document all services per state regulations.
• Attend mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet with clients in community settings and conduct case management sessions.
