Job summary

Qualifications

• An associate's degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• Must obtain CDC II OR CDC I & NACA I within 3 years of hire.
• Continued employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with partnering agencies and referral sources.
• Document interactions utilizing DAP note formatting in AKAIMS.
• Coordinate with community agencies for participant needs.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient with PCs and standard office equipment

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate multiple activities

Education

Associate's degree in human services or related field

Valid Alaska driver's license

Continuous sobriety if in recovery
