US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician to service and repair diesel fleet equipment at our Port Sulphur facility. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors to keep the fleet reliable.

Qualificações

• 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• Willingness to travel and attend training provided by US Foods.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for reefer equipment repairs.
• Experience administering PM programs.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Able to read and write legibly; basic math skills.
• Read and understand technical service manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete repairs on diesel fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety rules.
• Document repairs and parts used in fleet software.
• Back up other maintenance shop personnel as needed.
• Willing to increase responsibilities and obtain more certificates.
