Job summary

US Foods is seeking a skilled Reefer Fleet Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigerated trailers and related fleet equipment in our Transportation & Logistics automotive shop. You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot diesel and refrigeration systems to keep cold-chain operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role offers opportunities for training and advancement within a leading national foodservice distributor, with a focus on safety, compliance, and collaboration

Qualifications

Maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigerated trailers and fleet equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot diesel and refrigeration systems.
Complete DOT inspections and ensure safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to cold-chain reliability and on-time delivery.
