Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Production Operator – Redissolve Operator for the Weekend Night shift at our Indianapolis site. You will operate reactor systems, monitor production, and ensure safety and quality while documenting activities.

This hands-on role supports continuous improvement and reliability across the site. The position requires experience as a production/operator, ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), and willingness to work the D shift weekend nights.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement. You will operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will actively contribute to operational excellence and reliability across the site.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator
• experience with automated equipment is an asset
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry
• Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts
