Job summary

SimVentions, a leading defense contractor, seeks an experienced Red Team Penetration Tester to assess DoD and U.S. Government systems. You will conduct offensive security operations and work with Blue Team to harden defenses.

The ideal candidate will hold an ACTIVE Secret clearance (Top Secret with SCI Eligibility preferred), strong Linux/Windows expertise, and hands-on use of Kali, Metasploit, NMAP, and Cobalt Strike. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of software/DoD-related engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Linux and Windows in enterprise networks.
• Proven penetration testing and red team capabilities across systems.

Responsibilities

• Debug and reverse engineer software.
• Analyze Windows and Linux logs and events for security insights.
• Perform red team operations and offensive security assessments.
• Collaborate with Blue Team to remediate vulnerabilities.
