The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to run the Red Kettle Campaign locally in Wisconsin. You will recruit volunteers, schedule kettling dates, and ensure smooth operation of fundraising activities during the season.

This role involves coordinating with stores, handling donations, and reporting deposits weekly to Field Rep, while promoting opportunities to ring in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteer bell ringers/groups and schedule dates, times, and locations.
• Contact volunteers by phone or email to arrange ringing times.
• Manage campaign website sign-ups (if applicable).
• Sort kettle money with volunteers per applicable guidelines.
• Transfer money to the bank for processing per guidelines.
• Drop off and pick up kettles.
• Promote bell ringing opportunities in the community.
• Copy checks from kettles and route to Field Rep.
• Provide weekly deposits report to Field Rep (Mon/Tue).
• Call established kettle sites in early November to obtain permission to ring and discuss start date.
