Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and sign up volunteer bell ringers and groups with dates, times, and locations.
• Contact volunteers via phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Call local businesses to secure kettle sponsorships.
• Sort kettle money with volunteers following guidelines.
• Transfer funds to bank for processing per guidelines.
• Enter daily funds into tracking spreadsheets and SA system.
• Promote bell ringing opportunities within the community.
• Maintain kettle equipment, keeping it clean and undamaged.
• Send thank-you notes to volunteers and kettle locations.
• Make copies of checks and forward to the Field Rep.
