Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales/people interaction

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteer bell ringers and groups, set dates/times/locations
• Contact volunteers by phone or email to schedule ringing
• Sign up local businesses for kettle sponsorship
• Organize kettle pickups and write bucket slips
• Oversee kettle drivers
• Manage campaign website for volunteer sign-ups
• Sort kettle money with volunteers according to guidelines
• Deposit money and transfer to bank per guidelines
• Record daily funds in tracking spreadsheets/SA tracker
• Drop off/pick up kettles when drivers unavailable
• Promote bell ringing in the community
• Maintain kettle equipment and keep it clean
• Send thank-you notes to volunteers and kettle locations
• Copy checks and forward to Field Rep
• Complete end-of-season paperwork
