Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Kettle Coordinator in Wisconsin to oversee the Red Kettle Campaign, recruit and schedule volunteer bell ringers, and ensure smooth fundraising operations.

The role includes handling kettle deposits, coordinating transfers with the bank, and promoting bell ringing opportunities in the community. Compensation is $17/hour, with a start date of 11/02/26 and an end date of 12/31/26.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Valid driver’s license with approval to drive from TSA’s insurance carrier required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteer bell ringers and establish dates, times and locations.
• Contact volunteers via phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Manage campaign website for volunteer sign-ups (if applicable).
• Sort kettle money with volunteers per guidelines and transfer money to the bank.
• Drop off and pick up kettles and promote ringing opportunities in the community.
• Provide weekly deposits report to Field Rep and coordinate with managers.
