Circular Services is actively seeking an experienced Recycling Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth from Phoenix, Arizona. You will prospect, cold call, and network to expand new business while nurturing existing accounts, with a focus on recycling solutions that reduce waste and lower disposal costs.

The role emphasizes a strong sales mindset, industry networking, and collaboration with operations and billing teams to deliver timely, tailored service agreements and quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in solid waste, recycling, or logistics industries preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Meet and exceed daily outbound activity metrics and monthly revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within target market.
• Serve as lead contact for customer accounts with support from operations, billing, and dispatch teams.
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
• Negotiate and renew customer service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Provide quotes, draft service agreements, and manage contract updates with urgency.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports for accurate forecasting.
• Educate customers on recycling systems and tailor solutions via onsite visits.
