Job summary

CLP Circular Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role focuses on outbound prospecting, account management, and industry networking to expand client relationships and achieve revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a sales mindset, 2+ years in recycling/logistics, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in solid waste, recycling, or logistics industries preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Meet and exceed daily outbound activity metrics and monthly revenue goals; identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Serve as lead point of contact for customer account management with support from operations, billing, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
• Negotiate, update, and renew service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Provide quotes and manage contracts with urgency (same-day turnaround when possible).
• Manage incoming requests and keep CRM records accurate for reporting.
• Educate customers on recycling systems and develop tailored solutions through onsite visits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve regional sales goals.
• Attend industry events and network to build pipeline and brand presence.
