Job summary

Harnham is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Training Leader to design, deliver, and enhance training programs for our recruitment teams. You will lead onboarding, coach recruiters through deskside mentoring, role-play, and development sessions while partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include training consultants on business development, candidate sourcing, market mapping, and interview best practices, and measuring impact through placements and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven success within an agency recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue and billing targets.
• Strong history of winning new business through outbound business development.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through successful placement.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and enhance recruitment training programs.
• Lead onboarding and classroom training for all new hires.
• Coach recruiters through live mentoring, call coaching, and role-playing.
• Train consultants on business development, sourcing, and interview best practices.
• Partner with leadership to identify development opportunities.
• Measure training effectiveness through productivity, placements, and revenue growth.
• Build engaging training materials, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Incorporate AI recruiting technologies and industry best practices.
