Harnham, a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, seeks a Learning & Development Specialist (Recruitment/Sales) in Phoenix, hybrid. The role delivers structured recruitment training for US teams and aligns learning with commercial results.

You will run onboarding for new starters and experienced hires, working with managers to ensure training translates into behaviors and performance. Regular travel to NY is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a recruiter.
• Experience delivering recruitment training or L&D in a recruitment environment.
• Confident delivering training both face-to-face and virtually.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment training programmes for US consultants and resourcers.
• Develop onboarding and development experiences for experienced hires.
• Deliver face-to-face training in Phoenix and virtual training for New York-based staff.
• Conduct call shadowing and 1:1 coaching to reinforce learning.
