Job summary

Providence House in Cleveland is seeking a Recruitment, Training & Compliance Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and workforce compliance for all staff. This role partners with HR leadership to support workforce readiness and credentialing, ensuring safe, quality services for children and families.

The coordinator will coordinate onboarding, monitor training compliance, document requirements, and assist with staff development and retention strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years' experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
• Must complete CPR instructor training within six months of hire.
• Willingness to train in non-violent communication and crisis de-escalation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all agency positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and staff development opportunities.
• Maintain training and credentialing documentation for licensing compliance.
• Track recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and compliance status.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to support workforce readiness and retention.
