Pressley Ridge in Cleveland, OH seeks a Recruiting and Certification Specialist to oversee the recruitment and certification of Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Parents, train TFC Parents, and manage community relations in alignment with Re-Education Philosophies and Community Based service components. The role involves extensive travel.

Key duties include recruiting and retaining TFC families, building community relationships, handling documentation and compliance, and delivering regular training

Qualifications

• Clearances: State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter training; other background checks as required.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Requires 1 year of experience working with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment and retention responsibilities for Treatment Foster Care parents.
• Build and maintain community relationships.
• Ensure documentation and compliance across processes.
• Complete quarterly home safety inspections of treatment foster homes.
• Complete CPR/First Aid certification for staff and foster parents.
• Lead monthly foster parent skills trainings.
• Develop training curriculum and in-service schedules.
• Oversee re-certifications for Treatment Foster Parents.
