• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and search partners.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Lead interview feedback processes and provide hiring recommendations.
• Support offer management, compensation discussions, reference checks, and pre-employment screening.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and firm policies.
• Manage relationships with external search firms and monitor recruitment effectiveness.
• Support employer branding, networking events, and talent pipeline development.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Services Recruiting, this role leads full-cycle recruitment for Business Services positions across the firm's U.S. offices. Partnering closely with business leaders, HR, hiring managers, and external search partners, the Supervisor develops targeted hiring strategies, manages candidate pipelines, advises stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, and ensures compliance with employment regulations.
