Express Employment Professionals - Tempe, AZ is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Tempe team. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Tempe location.

We staff companies throughout the Tempe and Chandler area and are looking for someone hungry, competitive, organized, and ready to build a career with a growing team. You will be on the front end of our recruiting operation—sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, screening applicants against our qualification

$19-$24/hour + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Tempe team. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Tempe location.

We staff companies throughout the Tempe and Chandler area and are looking for someone hungry, competitive, organized, and ready to build a career with a growing team.

You'll be on the front end of our recruiting operation-sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, screening applicants against our qualification matrices, and identifying the best candidates for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Take on additional recruiting, account management, and sales responsibilities as you grow

Who We're Looking For

We're looking more for drive and potential than a perfect resume.

You should be comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone, communicating with different personalities, working with urgency, staying organized, and being held accountable to measurable results.

Most importantly, we want someone who wants to grow. This isn't intended to be a dead-end recruiting position. We want to develop someone who can take on more responsibility, earn more through performance, and ultimately promote within the company.

Compensation: $19-$24/hour based on experience plus commission opportunities

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Location: Tempe, AZ - 100% in-office; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
