We staff companies throughout the Tempe and Chandler area and are looking for someone hungry, competitive, organized, and ready to build a career with a growing team. You will be on the front end of our recruiting operation—sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, screening applicants against our qualification

• Sourcing candidates for current openings and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct high-volume phone interviews with applicants.
• Screen candidates against client requirements and experience.
• Match qualified candidates to appropriate positions.

• Conduct high-volume phone interviews
• Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, and client requirements
• Match qualified candidates to appropriate positions
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates
• Consistently follow up with applicants and working associates
• Work with Employment Specialists to fill positions quickly
• Learn our clients, jobs, and the Tempe/ Chandler labor market
• Take on additional recruiting, account management, and sales responsibilities as you grow
