• Job Order Fulfillment: Fill job orders quickly and accurately, meeting client needs with a focus on profitability.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Consultative Recruiting: Use active listening, questioning, and persuasion to influence candidate decisions and drive outcomes.
