Impact Ops is a remote-first organization seeking a Recruitment Associate (US) to join our team. You will own core recruitment tasks, design processes, source candidates, and evaluate early to support nonprofits focused on AI safety, alignment, and governance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve recruitment processes and templates across multiple clients.
• Sourcing and outreach, building talent pools and candidate pipelines.
• Early-stage screening and evaluation of applications to identify high-potential candidates.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional, timely experience.
• Track candidates, roles, and progress in ATS and internal tools.
• Coordinate interviews and logistics for recruitment processes.
• Identify gaps in recruiting systems and propose improvements.
• Maintain scoring rubrics and assessment frameworks for fair evaluation.
• Support daily operational and administrative recruitment tasks.
