Job summary

Impact Ops is seeking a Recruitment Associate (US) to join a remote-first team supporting nonprofits, with a starting salary of $60,000–$80,000. The role emphasizes ownership of core recruitment tasks, process design, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Design recruitment processes and templates across multiple clients
• Conduct candidate sourcing and build pipelines
• Perform early-stage candidate evaluation and screening calls
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional experience
• Track candidates and roles across ATS and internal tools
• Support recruitment coordination tasks including interview scheduling
