Job summary

Conair is seeking a detail‑oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator to streamline hiring workflows, coordinate daily recruiting tasks, and oversee AI-enabled processes. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a candidate‑friendly, compliant process.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and adoption of new tools. The Stamford office is on-site Monday through Thursday, with flexible remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR operations, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP).
• Post jobs across internal and external platforms and monitor listing accuracy.
• Assist with offer coordination, background check workflows, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting activity and ensure process compliance and timely follow-up.
• Help maintain recruiting documentation, templates, SOPs, and process guides.
• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and recommend improvements.
• Standardize recruiting processes to improve consistency, speed, and candidate experience.
• Support implementation of new tools, automations, and operational best practices.
• Assist with testing, rollout, training, and adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Flag issues, biases, inaccuracies, or workflow breakdowns in AI-supported processes.
• Support documentation and governance for responsible AI use in recruiting.
• Generate recruiting reports and dashboards on metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, interview volume, and candidate conversion rates.
• Maintain data integrity across recruiting systems.
• Support audits, reporting requests, and operational analysis.
• Use recruiting data to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
