- Proven success sourcing and hiring talent across multiple functions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Ability to leverage AI tools and data-driven insights.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Lead the hiring process from intake to offer stage.
