Description & Requirements

Skillsbridge Program

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in special projects in HR department.
  2. Maintain employee records, including data entry and maintenance of files.
  3. Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
  4. Assist in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Provide full life cycle recruitment support including interview coordination, offer creation and tracking, and new employee onboarding.
  2. Support proposal and incumbent capture efforts to hire and onboard new employees; coordinate reporting with recruiting leadership and analytics.
  3. Prepare requisition, candidate, and new hire status updates for business unit meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes.
  4. Train incoming team members on systems, processes, policies; ensure access to relevant systems and distribution lists.
  5. Coordinate with compensation and compliance teams to ensure OFCCP, EEO, and relevant regulations are honored.
  6. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  7. Support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, and team members.
  8. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs, performing advanced administrative duties with autonomy.
  9. Attend and facilitate job fairs, community activities, and other recruitment events.
  10. Manage staffing agency portal maintenance with MSP for FTE and contingent staffing needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in human resources, psychology, industrial-organizational development, communication, business administration, social work, or similar; completed at least 2 years of coursework.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
