Description & Requirements

Join our Skillsbridge Program to support recruitment operations. The role involves assisting with HR projects, maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and supporting full-cycle recruitment activities. Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field, with at least 2 years of coursework completed. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR projects and maintain employee records.
  • Support full lifecycle recruitment including interview coordination, offer creation, onboarding, and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Coordinate reporting, attend recruitment events, and facilitate staffing portal maintenance.
  • Train new team members on systems and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
