Job summary

EQL Tech is seeking a results-driven operations professional to own end-to-end search processes and platform infrastructure. You will shape the delivery engine for retained searches, coordinating with a senior team from brief to onboarding and ensuring the highest standards of client and candidate experience.

You will design scalable workflows, dashboards and templates, while maintaining data protection and efficient vendor operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a role requiring structure and judgement (consulting, strategy, chief-of-staff, operations, executive search, or high-bar in-house). Recruitment exp is welcome but not required.
• You have stood up or rebuilt a process, workflow or ops function.
• You’re excited about using AI to build, refine and scale workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end search operations, from brief to onboarding, with clear milestones.
• Design and refine workflows, templates and trackers for repeatable quality.
• Produce client-ready artefacts: search strategy, reports, and calibration lists.
• Manage candidate experience: extensive correspondence and cross-timezone scheduling.
• Maintain pipeline metrics and dashboards; turn data into actionable insights.
• Oversee data protection, vendor onboarding, and cross-border operations.
