Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in HR or related field with 2+ years of HR administration experience.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration.
• Experience with background screening and childcare licensing (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Owns recruitment, onboarding and new hire orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Maintain HRIS records, administer benefits enrollment and support performance management.
• Handle employee relations under VP of Finance and Administration guidance.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and ensure compliant onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment dashboards, tracking and communication with applicants.
• Support onboarding feedback and continuous improvement of processes.
