Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruitment for youth-facing staff and volunteers and to provide a welcoming onboarding experience across multiple branches.

You will support HR operations, maintain employee records and compliance, serve as the first HR point of contact, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our organization and improve the experience of every employee.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or seasonal hiring.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a timely and clear manner, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; Paycom experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit primary branches on a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for youth-facing staff and volunteers.
• Develop talent pipelines to support staffing needs.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and program leaders to support effective hiring decisions.
• Actively maintain compliance with hiring requirements including pre-activation checks, applicant records and employment documentation.
• Support key HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee records, timekeeping, compliance tracking and HR processes.
• Service as a first point of contact for human resources with employees across multiple locations.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and initiatives that strengthen the organization and employee experience.
