Job summary

The Department of Developmental Services in Massachusetts seeks a Recruitment Coordinator for the Central West Region. You will work with the Regional Director and EHS HR to determine hiring needs, post openings in MassCareers, screen applicants by phone, and coordinate interviews.

You will track data, support onboarding, and assist with retention and staff recognition across CW programs. Travel throughout Central West with hybrid/work considerations; schedule is 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and stay detail-focused
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and MS Office suite
• Ability to manage confidential information

• Coordinate job postings and postings in MassCareers
• Screen applicants by phone and schedule interviews
