Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Developmental Services, is hiring a Human Services Coordinator I for the Middlesex West Area Office in Framingham. This full-time role focuses on coordinating and facilitating Individual Service Plans, arranging supports, and representing the Area Office in partnership with families, guardians, providers, and state agencies.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related professional human services experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience with DDS/IDD field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate ISP development for assigned caseload.
• Monitor and arrange DDS-funded and generic supports.
• Maintain communication with individuals, families, providers and agencies.
• Advocate for individuals' rights and coordinate crisis intervention as needed.
