Dynamics Solutions, LLC. in New York is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our NY-based recruitment team.

This role blends hands-on 360-degree agency recruiting with strategic business development, overseeing and scaling a group of junior agency recruiters while maintaining active personal billing desk in the Microsoft Cloud space. You will coach, mentor, and drive performance, optimize workflows, and partner with clients and hiring managers to deliver top-tier IT talent across Dynamics 365,

Qualifications

4–7+ years of 360-degree agency recruitment experience within a third-party staffing firm or recruitment consultancy.
1–3+ years of direct leadership, mentoring, or supervision of recruiters.
Deep understanding of the full agency recruitment lifecycle including outbound BD and client management.
Experience in tech staffing with MS Cloud ecosystems (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform) a major plus.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze desk metrics and optimize capacity.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of junior recruiters, setting revenue targets, delivery goals, sourcing KPIs.
Provide hands-on coaching, desk-side training, and guidance on cold outreach, headhunting, and client presentations.
Audit and improve recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and ATS/CRM usage to maximize speed-to-fill and profitability.
Partner with agency leadership to interview and onboard new consultants as the team grows.
Maintain an active personal billing desk and manage key client accounts within the Microsoft Cloud space.
