Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to drive enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform initiatives. This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, platform engineering, DevOps automation, Azure integration, and technical leadership within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in platform modernization, security, scalability, resiliency, observability, and integration initiatives while supporting multiple business-aligned development squads.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Architecture

• Lead Dynamics 365 platform architecture and engineering initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions.
• Define solution architecture, integration architecture, and technical roadmaps.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.

Microsoft Dynamics Development

• Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Build custom plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop reusable functionality and shared technical components.
• Perform code reviews and establish development best practices.
• Build and maintain C#.NET-based customizations and integrations.

Azure & Integration Services

• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and on-premises systems.
