TechDigital Group is seeking a Technical Leader to drive cloud computing and Dynamics 365 initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and coaching engineers to deliver practical cloud transformation solutions.

The candidate will architect solutions using Microsoft CRM, Azure and .NET, while engaging business users to capture requirements and oversee DevOps and deployment practices across environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years across at least two IT disciplines including cloud architecture and operations.
• Experience with Dynamics365 (CE and F&O).
• Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments.
• Knowledge of architectural components and SOA.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and engineer solutions using Microsoft CRM, Azure features and .NET.
• Gather requirements from business users and document them.
• Perform POCs and convert them into working models.
• Create process flows and configure Dynamics CRM per designs.
• Lead development, oversee other developers, review deliverables.
• Support QA during testing and resolve defects in code.
• Maintain production system within SLA and resolve issues.
• Evaluate market tools to improve processes and customer value.
• Plan Dynamics releases and manage environments with ALM.
• Build DevOps pipelines for Dynamics customizations.
• Configure Dynamics integrations with Azure.
• Share expertise and provide mentorship.
