Job summary

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage hard-to-reach technical and functional talent across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on building pipelines for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Field Service, Customer Engagement/CRM, and Power Platform.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, write personalized outreach, precall candidates, map the market, and keep accurate records in Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Sourcing for technical or specialized roles with a proven track record.
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience using ATS/CRMs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Advanced Boolean search skills and familiarity with web-based sourcing strategies.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills for compelling outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions and present qualified options to interview.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, forums, groups, and events.
• Build and maintain pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics 365 roles and related Power Platform skills.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Write personalized multi-step outreach messages and campaigns to improve response rates.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess fit, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Map the market and industry landscape to identify target talent pools.
• Keep candidate records up to date in Greenhouse and track pipeline metrics.
• Automate sourcing metric reporting for management.
• Share market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
