Job description

Due to the company's project development, we are seeking a Recruitment Lead. The company is an innovative startup specializing in machine learning and AI solutions.

We offer a comprehensive range of solutions for customers who want to enhance their business with proven, up-to-date technologies based on conversational AI, language models, natural language processing, and speech technologies. Our offerings include virtual employees (virtual assistants, sales managers, personal assistants, etc.), goal-oriented conversational AI, ASR/TTS solutions, and more.

Our team brings vast expertise in cutting-edge machine learning and speech technologies, which are utilized daily by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Lead in large well-known companies (IT, ML, AI hiring);
  • Experience in building recruitment processes from scratch (presence of successful cases);
  • Experience in working with different recruitment ATS;
  • Ability to create or improve recruitment pipelines;
  • Experience in international recruitment;

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire recruitment process from gathering requirements for the new vacancy and job posting to candidate screening;
  • Implementation of Personio ATS and maintaining a recruitment pipeline;
  • International hiring worldwide for Product and Business Development, IT teams;
  • Coordination of the work of recruiting agencies and freelance recruiters;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including technical and soft skills needed;
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers if needed;
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including cold search, job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to find top talent if needed;
  • Engage with passive candidates through headhunting and networking efforts;
  • Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates if needed;
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to improve efficiency;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition within ML and AI industries;
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process, including the use of new tools and technologies.
