We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our military recruiting outreach programs, focusing on implementing, managing, and maintaining pipeline feeder programs that attract top military talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of military structure and will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with military organizations at local, regional, and national levels to create a robust pipeline of military candidates. The successful candidate will design, execute, and evaluate recruitment initiatives to meet the organization's manpower requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive military recruiting outreach programs to attract high-quality military candidates, including:

The Warrior Integration Program (WIP) - The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to transform the WIP by:

  • Defining the WIP Mission, Vision, and Purpose statement
  • Developing program curriculum
  • Establishing alumni engagement and tracking processes
  • Creating formal networking programs
  • Developing metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Assessing cohort needs and business participation requirements
  • Planning program schedules and calendars

Build and implement:

  • Recruiting strategies
  • Integration programs
  • Mentorship programs

By working closely with stakeholders, the candidate will drive the transformation of the WIP program, enhancing its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

+ The successful candidate will also implement and manage the DoD SkillBridge program in ES.

Additionally, the candidate will:

  • Manage pipeline feeder programs such as internships, fellowships, mentorship programs, career development workshops, job shadowing, and networking events
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with military organizations, including local and regional bases, National Guard and Reserve units, veterans' organizations, transition assistance programs, and military-focused job fairs
  • Collaborate on recruitment campaigns, events, and initiatives to meet organizational goals
  • Advise senior leaders on military recruitment policies and practices
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure outreach effectiveness
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with military leaders, veterans' organizations, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with laws and policies related to military recruiting

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, training, and/or certifications
  • 10+ years with high school diploma
  • 8+ years with associate degree
  • 6+ years with bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years with master's degree
  • 2+ years with PhD
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including ATS
  • In-depth knowledge of military structure, ranks, branches, and career paths
  • Proven success in developing recruiting programs and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:**

  • Experience working with military personnel, veterans, or families
  • Familiarity with military transition programs like TAP
  • Certifications in recruiting or HR, such as CR or SHRM

**Pay Range:** $99,410 - $168,997, based on market pay structures and individual qualifications.
